About the Hélène Zubeldia brand
The total look is at the centre of attention for Helene Zubeldia creations, the look that combines real functionality. The designer creates sober, sophisticated, feminine and provocative pieces. Crystals take a central place in her creations, as well as class, gold and silver.
After finishing her studies in Studio Bercot, Helene Zubeldia entered the Chloe fashion house to design evening gowns for Gulf countries customers. She develops her tastes for rich eastern materials, attention to details as well as beauty of embroidery and different finishing there. She then has joined Lanvin ready-to-wear studio where the culture of luxury and expertise is trans-generational. In 1997 Helene Zubeldia launched her first jewellery collection, that instantly attracted buyers attentions. In 2003, the designer dedicated her collection only to accessories.
Spring/Summer 2015 Collection
For summer 2015, Hélène Zubeldia is inspired by the Maeght Foundation in Saint Paul de Vence. Thus, the architecture of the 60s by Josep Lluis Sert and aesthetics of rationalist Corbusier are in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. Hélène Zubeldia is also inspired by the poetry of works by Calder and Miro: colours are both primary and solar. The sleek torque bracelets are met with "petals", graphical and light. The anatomical earrings hug the ear and are adorned with strings of pearls or crystals. In continuation of the 60s and 70s them with inspiration from Harper's Bazaar, we find ourselves seeking to be very "Diana Vreeland", tanned women like the Amazonians wearing disc pendants and chain metal fringes, hoops and "anatomical" rings with beads in bright orange, jade and crystal.
