Making a return is easy with our free returns service. You can make a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags including the warranty label not in use. We can not accept merchandise that is received under the conditions specified above.

All the returns are free of charge if you use the DHL prepaid label provided by monnierfreres.co.uk If you chose to return your item with a different carrier, the reception, validation and refund of the package will be delayed. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the reception and validation of your items at the warehouse in Paris. The time period depends upon your particular credit card or bank. The amount will be visible on your next credit card statement.
