Should you claim to have not received your delivery or if you have received a damaged parcel, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team within 30 days after the shipment date. We will then open an enquiry with DHL that can take up to 10 business days to be processed. After this period, no claim will be accepted.
You may return shoes in exchange for the same style in another available size. We kindly invite you to login to your account, select the order you would like to exchange, then click on “Exchange” and specify the size you would like to receive instead.
Your new pair of shoes will be reserved during 7 days. After this delay, we cannot guarantee the availability of the new size, thus we recommend you to send back the shoes within one week after your request.
You will receive a prepaid return label for your original order. Once the return is processed by our logistics team, your new pair of shoes will be dispatched and you will receive a confirmation email with your new tracking number.
If you notice upon delivery that your item is flawed, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours. Our team may request photographs of the defects. Items that have been worn will not be considered as defective and cannot be refunded or subjected to our warrantee service.
We insure a 6-month warranty on all items, from the day the order is placed. If the flaw stems from a manufacturing issue, please contact our customer care team who will be happy to place a request directly with the manufacturing brand.
