About the nOir Jewelry brand
The house of nOir Jewelry has its humble beginnings in the apartment of its creator, Leeora Catalan. Since then, the brand has continuously pushed the boundaries of workmanship and design in its manipulation of new materials and orientations in the jewelry category. Catalan changes the collection each season, adding a wider range of pieces while still maintaining their timeless lines.
Exaggerating the classics, injecting a dose of humor and creating extraordinary jewelry are the only guiding principles of nOir Jewelry. Fifteen years after its inception, nOir Jewelry has captured the attention of the premier fashion-makers of the world such as Lady Gaga, Madonna, Rihanna, Beyonce, Gwen Stefani, Katy Perry and Fergie.

Leeora Catalan, creator of influential accessories and visionary of the hour of nOir Jewelry, began her career at Ralph Lauren and Oscar de la Renta before making a name for herself as a fashion designer. Taking advantage of a gap in the market, Catalan created jewelry for fashion shows where she worked as a stylist. These early creations met with raving reviews and were a huge success.
She gave birth to the nOir Jewelry brand in her apartment, which she shares with her business partner – now husband. Throught the years, Catalan has collaborated with countless icons of the fashion industry such as DKNY, L.A.M.B., Patricia Field, Betsey Johnson, Marc Jacobs, Diesel and Moschino.
With an expertise and passion few can match, Catalan has dedicated her life to unearthing fine vintage jewelry such as Lanvin, Chanel, Cardin and handmade jewelry from far-flung African tribes.Collection
