The MONNIER Frères website is very easy to use:
- Once you find something that you want, select it so that you are on the product's page and click the "Add to Basket" button that is present in each item's description.
- Review the items in your bag by clicking on "My Basket" at the top right corner of the page. In this summary page, you can click on "Delete" to remove items from your basket if you no longer want them. - Tick the box to accept our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
- Click on "ORDER" to complete your purchase.

Our ordering process requires that your computer accepts "cookies". Cookies allows you to save items added to your basket so that you can order them. If they are disabled, you must change this setting in the options section of your browser.
Unfortunately, your order cannot be canceled online, you must contact our customer service at +44 2076600376 (this is a non-premium rate number). Please have your order number ready. You have the option of canceling your entire order or just part of your order.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to add items to an existing order. If you wish for your items to be delivered together, you must cancel your previous order and place a new order that contains all the items that you want.
After making your order you will receive a confirmation by email.
Your card will be debited on the date of the item’s shipment. In the rare case when one of the items you have ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and we will not charge you for the missing items.
In this case, please cancel your order with our customer service at +44 2076600376 (this ia non-premium rate number). Then you can create a new order with the items of your choice as you do normally. Please keep in mind that if you used a promotional code when you first ordered, it will no longer be valid.
All items are in stock unless the term "unavailable" is displayed on the product. Be aware that even if an item is in your basket, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
If the product you want to purchase is out of stock, send us an email to see if there is a waiting list for this article (you must be a registered user). Waiting lists are only available for the collections of the season.
You can also sign up for our newsletter, and you will receive an email informing you of the online sale of preview products. You can then make a pre-order. This means that you can make an order before a product becomes available on our site for purchase. This way, you will be our first priority of service, however, you still will not be charged for the item(s) until it is shipped.
The products ordered are reserved when the validation of your order has been made by our services.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. The payment is debited on your card only when your order has been shipped.
Your personal safety online is important to us. We use an online payment gateway which encrypts the secure card data, and we securely transmit your personal identification and banking information through our systems. All orders are processed by our secure payment system. In addition, for your safety and protection, we will verify that the billing address you provide is the address present in the files of your credit card company. You can also choose to securely store the details of your credit card on our website. This means that you won’t have to enter them again for future orders, making it faster and easier for you. For added security, we will ask you for your private password each time you make an order.
First, check that the expiration date of your card has not passed. If your bank transaction is denied, it may be that you have gone over the limit allowed on your card. To be sure, please contact your bank to verify the payment limits authorized by your bank.
Once we have received your payment, your order is checked by our services. Then your order checkout automatically starts the processing of your order (subject to the availability of the products).
For your safety, every time you add a new address, we ask you to resubmit your username and the number of your credit card. This means that if somebody knows your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will not be able to do it. Though it can be a bit of an inconvenience, we hope that you understand this is a precaution designed to help protect you and yourr personal information.
Finding a Product
There are two main ways of finding what your heart desires. 1. If you have a favorite designer in mind, you can see all the products that we offer from each designer by selecting the DESIGNERS drop-down menu. 2. If you are looking for a specific category of product, select one of our product categories: HANDBAGS, SUNGLASSES, SCARVES, JEWELLERY, LEATHER GOODS, or HATS & GLOVES. You can narrow your search further by choosing to filter by designer or subcategories in the drop-down menus for each of these.
If you cannot find the product that you are looking for through the search box and through using our category drop-down menus, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In each item's description, you will find: the brand name, its selling price, its stock availability status, its main features, a detailed physical description, photos, and the special first-hand opinon of the MONNIER Frères staff.
We try to give you the most comprehensive descriptions of each product in addition to all the pertinent information such as physical attributes like dimensions. In the rare case that you find our descriptions lacking and you need more specific information, please go directly to the website of the brand for the product your are looking at.
The products that we offer on MONNIER Frères come directly from the official brands and are guaranteed by the brand.
Today Monnier Frères delivers in all countries of the European Union as well as Norway, Switzerland, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Republic of Yemen, Russia, Australia and New Zealand.
The orders placed before 12 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding national Bank Holidays) are shipped the same day. Delivery delays run from the start of the shipping. All shipments are made "in express Day +1", which means that it is guaranteed to be delivered in under 24 hours across Europe.
A delivery charge of £8 is added to all orders, except for orders which consist exclusively of totes. Orders that consist only of totes incur a delivery charge of £4.
Check the tracking number of your package on the site of the shipping company. If it shows that it has being delivered, please wait until the scheduled delivery date. If your package is at a carrier center to be picked up, be sure to retrieve it from the address indicated on the delivery notice from the shipper. Please also check that the delivery address specified is correct on your order.
Due to the high value of the merchandise we sell, we need a proof of delivery for all orders. This means that we can not allow packets to be handed over without your signature. Please keep in mind that this is to protect you and purchases.
Returning an item is free and easy. You may return all items within 30 days after the receipt of your order.
1. Login to "My Account", select the order number containing the items that you wish to return.
2. Click on "send back", follow the instructions and indicate the reason why you want to send it back.
3. You will then receive an email confirming the return and with instructions on how to do it with the return number. Items must be returned new, unused and with all labels still in place including the label that serves as a guarantee of non-use. We cannot accept back any items that do not respect these specified conditions.
There are no fees involved in the debiting or crediting of your card.
All products will be reimbursed by bank transfer to your bank account. It may take up to 10 days for the reimbursment to appear on your bank statement.
You can follow the different stages of your return from your account under the heading "My Account". You will also receive an email notification informing you of the processing steps taken for your return.
Information on Promotional Offers
When you are in "My Account", before submitting your basket, enter the discount code in the box provided at the bottom of the list of products currently in your basket. This will be automatically credited to your order your account. If your promotional code does not work, you may have already used it or the expiration date may have exceeded.
Please note that:
- Our special offers all have a time limit.
- These offers are each limited to a single use.
The period of validity of the promotional offer is defined in the email that you received and you will also see reminders of its expiration date on our site.
Unless it is specified in the terms of the offer, this is generally not possible.
Tracking My Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email with the delivery method and a tracking number. With your registration on the website, you will be able to view and monitor the status of your shipment by clicking on "My Account" at the top left of each page.
